Synergy Construction Consulting is led by Rodrigo Altmann, CEO and Founder, who oversees our home inspections in Guanacaste along with a full range of consulting services.
We bring more than 15 years of construction experience and 6 years of consulting, supported by strong regional knowledge and services such as technical due diligence, ongoing construction inspections, and real estate appraisals across the area.
